What kind of pant fit are these and what brands make pants similar??

I am wondering what kind of fit these parts are. They appear to be straight leg, but are they slim? I have other straight leg khakis pants from Old Navy but the opening around the ankle is a lot bigger than the ones in these pictures. If they are straight leg, slim fit does anyone know where I can buy them? I am looking for a really casual type of khaki pants like the ones shown in the pictures. Like a destrusted look. Something I could wear with a converse type shoe. I am in the price range of $40 or less per pair. Here are the pics: Also how can I determine the correct length for my pants? I know the type of shoe you are wearing matters so I will be wearing mostly be wearing shoes like the ones in the pictures. Thanks for your help!
