I think it is a giant serpentine aneurysm, go get an angiogram and a CTA.
You need to get that fixed!
A sub arachnoid hemorrhage is not good.

Do you have allergies? Even mild ones? Like, to pollen? I had the same thing happen to me last week, and about a month ago I learned that I had somehow developed allergies (never had any before) to fucking trees (probably cottonwood). Anyway, I'm taking the Safeway brand generic Claritin stuff and my headaches have (mostly) gone away.

Sometimes after a heavy workout, especially one affecting my upper back (like deadlifts or squats), my muscles tense up in the night and I wake up with a headache. It usually goes away after a hot shower. It can also be a symptom of caffeine withdrawal, especially if your morning coffee knocks it out.
