Muscular or skinny? - Page 7

Even though I'm among the strongest for my weight class in the gym, at a 42/32 ratio I'm not the most muscular guy around. It also has a lot to do with genetics insofar as bone structure and how much fat you usually carry around on you. For me, endomorph + fine bone structure = does not look intimidating outside of the gym, but at the same time endomorph=major advantage in moving iron. A lot of the ectomorphic guys with some muscle on them look a lot stronger than they actually are, since their long limbs mean less leverage.

i'm not a skinny dude. I'm at the point now where my chest measurements are bigger than my shoulder measurements in terms of standard sizing, and i was just commenting that it's annoying when buying RTW shit. It's not that bad at the moment, but i can see it getting worse in the future as i get bigger. especially since you can't take shoulders in. It's still not enough of a problem to stop working out. I get much more out of the gym than i do out of RTW clothing. I can just foresee it being annoying.

I would love to be huge! I'm talking 5' 10'' 200lbs of muscle 18+'' biceps. I love how guys can say women don't really like it, when all i see is these gym monkey's banging the hottest pussy I have ever seen.

Too much Tnation fucking with my head. I don't mean skinny as an insult for you, hendrix, but you look relatively fit, thin, and proportional to me. It surprises me to hear that you are nearly having trouble with your p2p? Most shit has cavernous p2p sizes - I would think you lucky.

For some reason, this post punched me in the brain. But I think when guys talk about most women not liking really muscular men, they're talking about the freakish abberations you see at body building contests. Then again, I'm sure that .01% of the male population has a lock on the .02% of the female population who get off on that kind of thing. I can't even vouch for your second comment from any real-life second-hand experience, but based on my lonely late-night MySpace trollings, it would seem that "fitness models" tend to mate with their own kind.

Just started working out again after 7 months and I'm sore as fuck (besides not being able to lift anything but light weight). Being big is only beneficial at the pool or beach, I think I will get swole during the summer months and get slim during the winter so I can layer and shit will fit me right.

You're doing it wrong. In reverse, actually.

I would like to keep up my workout schedule over the summer, but it just gets too damn hot. I saw some video of myself shirtless and didn't like how my belly looked, so maybe I'll just focus on crunches instead.

I mean less weights in the winter, not necessarily more cardio in the summer dawg. Plus I run summer nights, I can't do that in the winter my gums freeze haha.

Haha, yeah most people would call me skinny in real life. On SF i'm a fat bastard.

yeah, it's not that bad at the moment. I think shoulder measurements have a lot to do with bone structure. I sometimes have to buy xs shirts to fit in the shoulder, and they tend to be tight in the chest (which to be honest i don't mind).

Nohomo, but i think Nil has the naturally broad shoulders which make clothes sit real nice.
