excessively bulging muscles are freakish and suggest that you have nothing more important to do than hit the gym, which is not a good message to send. very jersey shore.
Whatever the bodytype, huge thighs are always ideal. I enjoy when my ripped quads and hammies almost burst through my skin tight raw denim. A few dozen prisoner squats before going anywhere is a necessity also; you need that pump to make you feel so fucking jacked. Hell yeah.

You are pretty skinny. I bet your 10 lb gain improved your look a lot. At 5'11, you are very close to BMI underweight. Another 10 lbs of muscle is a very reasonable goal. Not that I mean to get all otter on you or anything...
