Me three. And I agree on Michael/Uli/Jeffrey. Kayne has no taste, and hasn't from day one, and Laura's design is simultaneously annoying, pretentious, and boring. Not a good combo.

Michael should get it all. Uli is a genius with prints and fabric, but her range is limited. Michael kind of screwed up on this last challenge, but that's probably the only weak piece he's turned in so far, whereas Jeffrey seems to be gaining momentum after a slow start.

I actually kind of like Jeffrey's neck tattoo.

Wouldn't it be interesting if at least for one of the challenges they had to design some kind of men's wear?

they kind of did on season 2. One of the challenges was to design for each other so there were quite a few menswear outfits including a suit that was made for Nick(?)

If Michael doesn't win, I'm swearing off the show. He'd have to tank so incredibly hard to lose now--I just don't see it happening.

Vincent is a jackass. First he claims that he's the only one in the group that has experience with couture dresses and is the only one that knows how to make them and ends up losing on that challenge. Why? Because he was gluing shit on to his couture dress (among other reasons). Then, they let him back, he loses again, and still has the same "i'm the best" attitude. That fashion guy ripped him a new one by telling him that he could have just made the skirt longer with the extra fabric. Anyway, time to move on grandpa.

I agree that Michael should be the winner. To me, he seems to have the best vision, no matter what the challenge is; though, I have to admit that Laura's cocktail dress last night was nice.

wow, i had no idea there was a PR3 thread and that it's on it's 6th page. Jeffrey is a complete asshole but unfortunately he also has the most talent. i think Uli is totally cute (and not a bad designer either). Michael has his moments. Laura is just boring boring boring. -Jeff

Jeffrey does what he does well, but he doesn't have that much range. It's getting old seeing the same rock/goth/hooker outfits over and over again.

I think if you put Jeffrey, Uli, and Laura *together*, you'd have an interesting (albeit completely schizo) clothing line. But any one of them and there's just no variation. That's the single biggest reason I want Michael to win it all, though honestly, I also just like him the best as a human being.

Kinda related to which, did anyone else cringe when Michael started giving Kayne some pointers on how to make his outfit look less hookerish? It all worked out well, but dude, don't be so nice! He was hanging himself and you helped him cut down the rope!

If I heard Vincent say "it gets me off" one more time, I was going to punch the TV. It's like hearing your mom say "That blows." Do you know what you're saying?!

I still like Jeffrey; I like Michael's range, though his craft doesn't seem to be as strong as the others. I'm afraid both Jeffrey and Laura's aesthetics are going to look dated very quickly. If Jeffrey's going to do rock-star chic, he should at least best the thousand other designers and do some Diamond Dave spandex or something totally off the wall. More 80s goth looks from him...

Oh FOR REAL. Creepiest motherfucker on the show. Nothing was "inspiring", it "turned him on". He wasn't proud of his designs, they "got him off."

seriously. BUT look at Daniel V....he was killing throughout season 2, and seemed like a sure winner, but he tanked it....maybe he works better under pressure and all that time to develop his line fucked with his head. Remember that woodshop purse....?

I better not see michael pulling out the skilsaw.

I think Michael's done some very nice work, but by all rights he should be out. His couture gown was a mess--and that's putting it charitably. I know the judges thought otherwise, but I thought Vincent's gown was superior.

The couture gown was not good, I agree. Possibly even the worst one. But I think that's been his one serious misstep, whereas Vincent has been close to elimination time after time. I think that factored in the judges' decision, and I think it should have.
