What color socks should I be wearing with dark blue jeans and dark brown shoes?

Brown or none. The shade of brown depends on the shoe, but I would think lighter than the shoe color, generally.

I reckon with a dark blue jeans accompanying a dark brown shoes, nothing will suits more than a white pair of socks. But how is this combination. Dark brown shoes under a dark blue jeans.
