There was a post a few years ago on a seamless wholecut someone had made. The pictures in that thread no longer work. Does anyone have photographs of a seamless wholecut? Does anyone know who else can/will make one?

Thanks a lot.

Awesome, thanks! The first are beautiful, though too stylized of a toe for my taste. Would be interested in hearing what other makers can/will pull this off.

I'm sure if you go to G&G and request a wholecut on the more classic DG70 and GG06 lasts, you'll find them to your taste.

Golly, I hadn't thought about that. Since when did they put a search feature on the intertubes? If you know something, share. It takes just as long to type "Vass does" or "Vass does not" as it does to type "try searching for Vass" . . .

I can appreciate the work that went into that shoe, but I must say I find it ugly.

The leather is pulled over the last from the top and then the hole for the foot is cut after lasting. Here are some pictures from Marcell.

I was about to post almost the exact same words.

I have two pairs of wholecut Prada shoes, but they both have seams at the back.
