Pretty sweet..

Have to wonder how much he often he actually rearranges stuff though.

I know it'd get pretty old for me to keep doing that whenever I needed a different layout for an activity.. but I'm hella lazy.

Hmm. I wonder how the windows were done. Glass? or a covering?

I wonder if someone could build this guys track system into units here and use it as a selling point (see empty units in Brooklyn).

looks awesome i wonder how he renovated the place. do apartments that old leak? my old apartment which i still have does this and if i renovate it into something like that it may leak after a few months.
