And why do you believe a certain waist size necessitates a certain thigh size? Because one has extra fabric and the other does not? At least ask your tailor about the thighs.

$30 for the waist/seat? That's pretty outrageous IMO. I pay about $12 for this or less.

The operation I had done was also in the crotch, so I think that made it more expensive.
