True. But they might be able to offer it as some kind of subscription service. In fact, this might be a good idea for an independent business if somebody wants to jump on it. You basically set up a call center and charge a small subscription fee to call people when their credit card payments are due and then pay the payments for them using some kind of paypal-type system where they deposit enough money for all the bills into an account.
