thats the thing... if you're consuming so much fluid then the natural physiologic reaction would be more urination volume to regulate blood volume.
so essentially you're peeing more because you're consuming more. if not then you'd be dealing with issues like high blood pressure and water toxicity.
as for the uppers you're taking and increased urination, and desire to pee less often... its in you're statement: just drink less water/fluids. unless you're parting hard raving and sweating out buckets you won't lose too much fluid because you're already overcompensating with the 1L/hour intake.
i think the worse thing to do would actually to retain water (by increasing levels of salt as an example) at the present high rate of fluid intake (1L/min), because you'll trap in more fluid and predispose yourself into the complications of too much blood volume (high blood pressure, water toxicity, ect).
lets say you pair that with something like an undiscovered blood vessel abnormality in the brain... then the super increase in blood volume and blood pressure(increased intake) + increased water retention (salt consumption) can lead to rupture of vessel malformation and "discovering of undiscovered blood vessel abnormality though an aneurysm"

I just checked the bottles, and have had about 3.5 liters in the last 4 hours. I also pee every 15 minutes or so, and it's a fairly good stream with no color. I would love to be peeing less often and drinking less water though.

As long as you're careful about it, it's convenient and involves minimal risk.
