Hey all, I pulled my bicep on saturday, as I stupidly didn't give it enough time to recover from my thursday workout (Bicep workout thursday, drunken arm wrestling contest friday night, pulled it doing flys on saturday). It still hurts a bit today.
How long am I looking at before I can hit the gym again? I've been doing ab work and cardio, but I'd like to get back to doing upper body exercises.
