-1. Other info such as the jacket may have been altered, the model/style #, etc. all help to determine whether something will fit. Of course buyer's familiarity with what they are buying is more important.
I didn't see that the item could have been altered and just thought that it was a standard issue. I'd have to +1 your -1.
