I thought you were going to refer to the ever so slightly too short tie. Â I suspect that what is going on is that CT doesn't taper their shirts extensively. Â So, the guy tucking his shirt in snugly to his pants actually angles the shirt in a way such that, with the cut, the pattern angles in. Â The shirt was probably then pinned in the back so that the excess fabric at the waist and the back was not ruining the look of the shirt in the picture.
Yup, the tie is problematic too.
I don't happen to think that what we see in the photo can be achieved by him tucking in his shirt snugly into his pants and/or pinned in the back, because the shirt angles in starting from the upper body/chest
. The excess fabric cannot just disappear beneath his tie, can it? I don't know, I might be wrong.
