Hi im 52 this year my brother was an original mod, my dad had a lambretta in the 60s which i used to ride on (dad wasnt a mod) i think i was a pretend skinhead, had the clothes, loafers, brogues , Fly front Mac, Crombie, Harrington (Black ( & (Prince of Wales Check) Ben Sherman , Brutus, Grandad shirt...Tonic trousers, Levis etc..was always more leaning towards the suedehad look hair wise...used to go to some London football matches even though i suport Man U...remember seeing skin girls for the first time at Stamford Bridge 1970..pitch invasion at QPRs ground by Leeds fans some dressed in full Clockwork Orange get up...(that was scary)
Lived a stones throw from Wembley stadium..we used to go up there on cup final days and get lifted over the turnstiles by the older lads..seen quite a few games including European cup final between Ajax adn Panthinikos 1971....ticket touts gave away the tickets....
always love and still do reggae...produce a few tracks myself (might post some later)
