quality wise, the mainline has not varied and has been superlative over the years. we discussed the diffusion line a month or so ago. consensus was that it hasn't been seen for a while. a couple of comments on the earlier post you quoted with the various models: Base V has a slightly more built up shoulder than Base S. drop = 8 Base T is an unambiguously skinny fit, similar in several respects to RLBL (very small armholes, skinny arms, constructed shoulder). it is discernably much slimmer than a Base V. i run a EUR 56 in base S, but i think i would need a 60 in a "T" to have even a prayer of getting into it. drop = 8 Base G / Gregory: i am not convinced that these two are the same. Gregory: - very slim fit, similar to base T - very short jacket - however: drop 7 only, and pants have deep pleats G: - roomier fit - shoulders fairly constructed -- similar to Base T (in contrast, Gregory is very light) - jacket "normal" isaia length - also drop 7, also pleats in addition to the models you listed, i also have a Base E. - body similar to "S", but a tad roomier - shoulders more padded than "S" - drop 7 quality across each of these lines is uniformly top-notch; differences are aesthetic only. everything is fully canvassed. hope this helps.
