I read the edmunds "first ride" of the CLA AMG. they are saying 355hp/26 psi of boost , but without sacrificing refinement. this I have to see. the article seems to indicate turbo lag under 1800 rpm, which is not unexpected obviously, but that's what bugs me about turbo cars

Yessir!! So excited!!

Been seeing 6er Gran Coupes around, love it. Best looking BMW in ages. Makes the Panamera and A7 look disproportioned and silly, and the CLS just flat-out strange looking. Would happily drive the base 640i GC, bone stock, with the forged M 20"s.

New Maserati Ghibli looks pretty nice, but lacks the elegance of the old Quattroporte, from a design standpoint it lacks the complex perfection of a Pininfarina car and instead goes for more trendy elements. Still, a more interesting alternative to a 5 series or an E-class:

Disagree on the A7. I think it's gorgeous. The rear 3/4 view is beautiful.

I love Maser but the latest direction is Ho hum. The new Q'porte is too big and generic. The GT though is still <3

6GC M-sport in Carbon black with cinnamon leather and standard 20s inlove.gif

The A7 is fugly always been and always will be, for some reason the Panamera has grown on me, Still love the CLS.

I don't like the new QP the headlights looks like they were supposed to be fitted on a car half its size.

My only problem with the A7 is that the headlights are slightly too small, forcing the front to look kind of pinched.

Otherwise I really enjoy seeing several that park around my neighborhood, on the street for some reason confused.gif

Version 1 of the Panemara was horrible, they really improved the new version a lot, it actually looks really good now. I'm considering one for my next car. Its expensive as hell, though.

Just saw a CLS Shooting brake taxi.

^ Wha?

I'm waiting to see a Panamera taxi in Japan. lol. Awhile back I saw an S55 cab, and more recently I've seen a 750Li cab, so I think a Panamera is somewhat feasible...

Merc's are very common taxi's in Europe, in Denmark the most common is E 220cdi estate.

There's a couple normal C218's with special backseat, so they can fit 5, as well.

I've seen almost every german 4 door below 7/S/a8 including S63, S-types, Q7, X5.
