Yeah E34's have fairly large tanks. I had one when gas was only $1.50 a gallon in the US (thanks, world peace) and a normal fill up was still cresting $50 or more. It would be a nightmare at $10 a gallon (which gas costs where I live now too) - but seeing people drive around here in 10mpg cars is common though- can't say I know how it feels to spend a $1/mile on gas costs just yet.
