I have been browsing old 911's and many of them are modified to some extent, some are really interesting to look at, and there are those that are painful to look at too. I really like the old Porsches in weird colors, but most of the used ones in Japan tend to be in more boring colors, black, silver, dark grey, navy.
- old 930/964 generation cars often have some sort of bumper delete treatment, like an aero kit or something. I found this SC that got converted to an aesthetic that says, at best, '964 Pokemon' :
this SC is probably the coolest looking 911 I've seen in awhile, alas it is sold already. I would buy it in a heartbeat.
Then there is the real problem, trying to find a 993 that isn't heavily body modded; there are seemingly too many C2 tiptronics here sporting full RSR/GT2 aero, and so many cars with at least the CS/RS splitters and some enormous rear wing. I don't know what tempts people to do this, but it's like a plague for these cars. Finding a nice stock or near-stock 993 with the right combo of specs is very difficult.
