Haha, my uncle has a -09 XC60 (which is considered a "nice car" here in Sweden), my father looked at the mile-o-metre last year - he had clocked over 100 000 miles on it. Since he's a vetrinary, it's his work station more or less. The car is always full with needles, medvet books, dung, dirt, cookies, hairs etc. Pristine on the outside, aside from the dirt it racks up between the washes though.


Here he is in his old car, taking a bear to rehab-gym.

Your dad drove a taxi and was a vet?

I'm sorry but if I was forced to live in a desert where the Summer highs are 120 every day with no shade, where fine sand finds its way into any and every crevice in your body and home, and where alcohol isn't sold in stores, and then you add a $150 ticket on my car for it being dirty? That would be the thing that sent me over the edge.



And this is coming from a guy who likes the Texas heat, isn't afraid of a little Texas dust, and who doesn't drink all that much. I can't imagine a worse hell than having to live in that place. Seriously.

Yea... I already went off on a cop for pulling me over in 55 doing 61 (People do 60-65 on this road). If I was to get a ticket for my car being dirty, I would probably be in the hospital because the officer sent a billion watts through my ass.
