This explains why the Tesla has been selling so well there--I believe I read somewhere that Tesla outsold all Fords combined last year, and sold double the next most popular car, some VW.
No, but I kind of wanted it. Also the sports suspension, but we couldn't find a car that had both plus PDK and sports chrono. So we either had to order, or get what I consider a good deal ok a car on the lot and instant gratification.
There are better aftermarket options anyway, particularly on the PSE that claims zero performance gains
Haven't posted here in a while but I may have found my next car after I return the Z4....
$99k Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT
Car looks great. Enjoy!Aaaand....it's done!
Aaaand....it's done!
I did, sorry that wasn't clear. Car has pdk, chrono package, nav with Bose system, 20" carrera S wheels and other stuff that I didn't need but didn't add too much to the price so it was ok.
Car did exceed 80k MSRP but I negotiated about 8% off that. Wasn't as good a discount as I got from BMW but I'm ok with it
If only we had the same market in Australia as you do in the states. Cars are expensive here and the dollar does not go as far.
$100k in Australia buys you this (loaded) Audi SQ5 which I just bought to replace my MKVI GTI (which cost $50k once optioned).
