Having driven both extensively, the Tesla is vastly superior in almost every way. I hated the giant center screen in the Tesla, but there was no denying it was a better car then the Panamera. If they redesign the Tesla interior and increase the range a bit I will buy one.

I expect you will see this in the 2015-6 timeframe when the new, more affordable model emerges - they will need to differentiate the S further - and more range and more size would be a pretty classic way to do this.

I have been thinking about a Panamera as well, the styling doesn't bother me (and I prefer the hatchback anyway). But that will also be redesigned in 2016 or so on the new VW-group MSB platform I think. The other car in the mix is the XJL, but I haven't driven that one yet.

I suspect I will go with the next Tesla S though, unless I can buy a self-driving car, in which case I am buying a Mercedes Sprinter to carry me around.

Personally, I love the Panamera. Low(ish) and wide, just how I like it.

But I suspect it's due for a redesign soon, no?

Just saw an RS7 in the flesh for the first time :bounce2:!

Looks sharp as hell.

Sadly, it's afflicted with the same problem as every other performance Audi: a non-existent stock exhaust note.

U mad, I meet an rs5 everyday and it sounds great subtle though.

The new rs6 has a nice growl.

I'm still not sold on the a7 body shape.

Malaysian co-pilot is definitely coming back, there's no way he'd purposefully leave this:

Well i doubt he would leave that intentionally.

In other news, I'm now looking for a car that will be the new Baby carrier. 4 door, Japanese, and 1990's.

Not sold on the rear end of the S. Otherwise it's boss.

I don't get the fuss over the Cayman GTS.

Based on the Boxster S and Cayman S, the new GTS models benefit from an enhanced 3.4-liter flat six that produces 330 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque in the roadster or 340 hp and 280 lb-ft in the coupe – representing an increase of 15 hp and 7 lb-ft in either model. Both also come with the Sport Chrono package as standard, along with adjustable suspension and 20-inch alloys, blacked out to match the dynamic headlight surrounds and other muted trim.

I'd rather get the M235i.
