Since the car is in the shop anyway - had to upgrade to the P100D ludy.

Haha, you are way more badass than me. I can barely airbrush a model rocket or airplane. A car - stick a fork in me.

Elon had an incredible talk on the P100D battery pack. He talks about sp orbital hybridization short of graphene, the porosity of the anode, the electrolyte and you come across blown away. His OCD is terrible and fun.

It's honestly at the absolute limit of power density for at least 2 years.

He also said no one asked for this.

Finally swapped the Jeep for an A6, although I did not opt for the supercharged 3.0, but the pedestrian turbo 2.0. So far really liking this car.

Could you live with this interior? Or would you feel like you were trapped in a tube of lipstick?

Red interiors generally look better black carpets and roofs.

Too much red, IMO.  I think the multiple tones of red amplify the effect.

Is that a 997? My wife's Macan has a red interior but it has a lot of black trim pieces. It looks much better than that solid wall of red - that interior is way too much imo

Edit: nvm. Zoomed in and answered my own question. Btw the issue is not that the interior is the wrong color. It's that it has the wrong transmission tongue.gif

Isn't it just the front of the seat that are red on the Macan.

Since when are 6-speeds considered the wrong transmission?

Cocaine white with bloody nose interior.  One of my favorite combos!

Really?  The most I have ever heard of one selling for is $13.75 Million, and they say the market is flat on them.  A 275 NART Spyder sold within the last 2 years for about twice that, and I don't think I've heard of a 250GTO selling for under $34 Million in recent years, (the the most was a rumored private sale of a GTO for over $50 Million).  Unless I missed something with a recent F1 LM sale...seems like they have some catching up to do.

The owner should have ordered it with "Deviating carpet" which is usually black in these cars.

I think Papaya Orange and LM would fetch a ton. His is really rare. I'd be curious what it goes for, but it has to be up there in the $50m range. I could be wrong.

I think short of cars that the factories would never sell like the moterwagen or what not, it has to up there.
