That's the one downside to manuals -- you always have to be in shoes. Sucks in the summer.
Don't make the mistake of wearing running shoes or any shoes with thick soles and lots of cushion or padding. You won't be able to feel the clutch and your shifting will suck until you get used to it.

Worth trying to wet sand the area that's peeling and applying spray can clear to it? It's legit in like one or two spots. The scratches I need to figure out how to deal with later. I'll try detailing and waxing and seeing if that covers it up enough.
