Yikes.  You didn't black out your plate this time though.

Too annoyed to care.

Sucks.

DIsappointed in GF's license plate. Expected some phallic reference. Or some balls hanging. Something.

So is that a new bumper, or some guy who does good fiberglass work and a repaint? At least in that pic, it looks like fiberglass and not plastic, and I'd be able to fix that on a boat pretty easily (but not make it pretty...)

Saw a dude do the exact same manoeuvre yesterday and he didn't care at all.

Ouch. Is that a custom lip?
That hurts. My sympathies to you.

Ouch!  Sorry to see that.  Yesterday's snow storm sucked sucked.  I saw multiple accidents on the way to work.  Today I have mini ice boulders along the driveway.

Didn't realize we were neighbors.  Do you go to the BMW meets/cars & coffee that are sometimes in Wakefield?

This thread makes it seem like you fail to see any of the downsides of the company, the leader, the product. Is that true?

Fucking hit a chunk of ice that was hidden under a bed of snow.

Fuck!

Sucks man. Remind yourself that it's just a car at the end of the day.

Thanks for the sympathies all -- I'm already over it. More annoyed over how avoidable it was more than anything, but that's a long, tangential story in and of itself that I don't want to get into.

It's a carbon fiber lip that came with the car when I got it. Most likely fiber glass composite.

it looks like it costs around $300 online so I'm just going to remove what's left of it because I don't like it THAT much.

Can you just take it off and save the 300 bucks?

edit: duh, need my 6:30am coffee

It really sucked. I thought we were going to get a light dusting at best or 1-2 inches at worst. I woke up Monday morning to see my car covered in 5 inches of snow. plain.gif

Didn't know there were car meets around here. I haven't been plugged into the community at all tbh but I'll make a trip once the weather improves.

What kinds of cars come out? Any super cars?

I would have pictured you having vanity plates tbh.
