Cars We Drive! - Page 1428

My dad had one of those new. Unmodified, of course. Orange exterior, black seats.

This guy has a 2.6L GTR engine with the Twin turbos removed to 'stay true' to the NA oem engine.

233 HP without the turbos in a car that came stock with 140ish afaik. And this has been modded to be far lighter than stock as well.

The December 2015 Hemmings Sports & Exotic Cars has a nice article about a guy who has owned a 1971  240Z since new, and his is orange with a black interior.

The Japanese did like loud colors in those days.

We also had a Datsun 610 wagon to complement the Pontiac 3-seater, and it was orange as well.

I just can't get over how it sounds.

Hey, that's Han from F&F.

The 240Z and The C10 have been underrated for so many years. It a shame Rocky Autos website is so slow, they have some great cars.

Look at this delusional clown's FS thread for a 2011 E90 M3 with 41k miles: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1185639

That's right, he's asking for $50k.

But don't worry guys! It's 1 of 1220 2011 E90 M3s!! And it's $50k "or best offer," best offer meaning anything within $49.5k and $50k.

No way in hell would I consider paying an extra 20% of the list price and just getting myself a 2015 M4 with 10% of the miles. No way. Never.

What a buffoon. No surprise it's been on the market for 5 months.

What did I tell you about m3post!! smack.gif

That's a nice car though. Well done mods. But I call BS on a 100-hour "full paint correction and c Quartz". Right - you had a detailer live at your house for two weeks and paid him 5 grand for that job...

He's down to OBO. Think he'd take 22k?

Only one way to find out...

Reading the comments, at least one guy wasn't delusional and said the price was too steep.

Whoever buys this car knows the seller is a douchebag (explaining why he lives in New Jersey) and is delusional for thinking a non E30 M car is a collectors item. He's asking something in the ballpark of what a used base F8x would go for.

Edit: Also, he has the esteemed eBay feedback rating of 1: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2011-BMW-M3-/131741706073?vxp=mtr&nma=true&si=ZEh8t0YfzTh%252BrJLUF2lSmMABC6g%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

Anyone wants to buy my 2011 E90M with around the same miles for $50k just let me know and I'll deliver it to your door. Besides being the last NA 4 door M evar, I've also farted in it about 20,000 times which makes it truly special. I can sign the manifold too to provide proof that I indeed achieved that in the car
