I want a model x.

I never really loved the look of Teslas. I think the rear end looks decent on the S but the front end has always felt a bit.. off to me.

I don't think it's hideous by any means. Just not wow.

The coolest thing about the X are the falcon doors but even then they open so freaking slowly from what I've seen.

Tesla managed to design the most inoffensive looking car with the Model S. It literally does nothing for me (good or bad) and conjures up no emotions (visually speaking). Maybe that's what they were going for.

I have mixed feelings towards the M2. It looks almost TOO bulbous if that makes any sense. I really do like the blue they used on their press car(s), however.

Dat ride-height butbut.gif Definitely needs 18" wheels and a drop.

This setup would look awesome.

You took the words out of my mouth. That's exactly it -- inoffensive.

As for these M2 pics, hot damn! DAT REAR FENDER FLARE DOE!

Those pics really emphasize how aggressive they are, even more so than the prior generation c63 amg's. I'm surprised it's like that stock cause bmw normally doesn't take it that far.

I love this shape and look of the m2. Fantastic.

Everything about ur mom's setup is awesome: her front and rear splitters, her massive fender flare, and last but not least, her quad exhaust pipes.

O mama mia!!

The Model X looks like a Honda Crosstour to me.

You really have a gilf fetish, which is very disturbing.

The M2 front bumper is a little busy for me but otherwise I think it looks very good. I've always like the 2 series in dark colors. I think with e85 and a tune that guys will be pushing 450hp in no time.

How much do you guys think a decently spec'd M2 will cost?

$50k? $60k? The m3/m4 is, what, 65k base right?

I forget what current 2 series pricing is like.

I believe I read somewhere that this M2 is using the same front/rear axles and suspension as the M3/4, hence the need for bumped out track width. Obviously the suspensions will be tuned specifically for the M2, but the main bits are from the bigger brother.

I'm too lazy to google.  What kind of motor do they have pushing that pint sized monster?

edit:  turbo'd N55 (3.0 liter i6) making 365 hp, 369 ft/lbs torque in a car that weighs 3450 lbs (still pretty porky - isn't that e46 M3 weight?)

You should  get a lightly used 2012 E92 M3 competition package so you can talk about the sound of dat V8
