Same here. Mine gets a very good wash and interior vacuum at least once a week.

I also think that a full detail consists of a wash, deep wheel clean, clay, wash again, compound and/or polish if necessary, sealant, and then wax.

Maintenance detailing is just a wash with a quality mild car soap, wheel cleaning if needed, and a final coat of quick wax or something like that.

I need to get some chips filled in before I get to doing a full detail. I've been looking at a kit that has the primer, factory color spray (necessary for metallic paints, it seems), and clear coat. I also have some Chemical Guys M-Seal Micro Sealant in my shopping cart. I don't think I want to spend $60 on 16oz of designer sealant... I also have another Chemical Guys Top Coat Carnuba and Sealant in the cart.

What I have done weekly is maintenance.

Is a waterless wash the same as touch-less washing?

If so, I've heard bad things -- that the chemicals are much more abrasive and harsh, essentially stripping the car's wax / polish coat.

touchless is with water but not touching ie high pressure but still no good

High pressure is like, the better to scratch your car with the dirt already on it!

i saw 5-6 Teslas in northern NJ last weekend, I couldn't believe how numerous they were.

also, I was given a Fiat 500 as a rental, and even as a BMW fanboy, if I had the need to buy a car and had $18-20K to do so, I'd buy the Fiat. It was awesome.

The Fiat 500L is god awful.  Saw one on the road and it was laughable...sort of like those Mini's have have just been jacked up in the air with no discernible extra space.
