The engine is getting put back in later this coming week. So, It should be ready to drive pretty soon.

No idea what the top speed will be. Bone stock, a Viper will go over 190 (I've had mine to 188mph, and it was still pulling,) so with 200 extra hp, it has to be over 200mph.
I'm probably taking the car to the Texas Mile (a one mile drag race) at the end of October, so I will get to find out how fast it will will go in a mile.

Hope you're a skilled driver. It's easy to run out of talent really fast in a car like that!

For all you car fiends, I am good friends with owner of the Ferrari P 4/5 and we will be going on a drive together in November when he finally has it back home after all its show appearances this fall. I should have some great pics in his shop and on the road...

I'm seriously jealous.

Yep, they do have that reputation.
Somehow mine has managed to slip through the raindrops I guess.
Then again the garage that services it, has an outstanding service.

S40 has improved considerably after the first few years of production, or so I've been told. Reputation wasn't so good but today's models should be at least ok.
