shirt definitely could be sized down the seam is starting to go down your arm

a more modern cut pant would be nice, high rise, high cut look like mom jeans

the shirts shoulder seems should end at the shoulder...

for the pants im not sure as they are a classic cut... they aren't terrible but not sure how they would look tapered.

Understood. I guess what I'm asking is how you determine exactly where the shoulder ends. Is it where the collar bone ends? Something farther out?

The tip of the scapula, the acromion. Pointy bony process at your shoulder, just feel for it. The end of your clavicle hooks into it.

Perfect! Thank you, sir.

On the shirt I wore today (the one in the pic), the shoulder seam runs an inch beyond the clavicle on each side.
