Provided that the world won't end in 2012, do you guys still see your selves poasting here in 20 years or heck 40 years time? Do you reckon sf will exist then? Perhaps there will be Super 400 woolen Jason Ford (Tom Ford's hypothetical adopted son, turned fashion designer. probably) suits in t3h B&S and LA guy will have 1.6m posts or maybe anticlimatically the forum will just cease to exist and the last remaining evidence of the forum will be this;

I think the past will be much less romanticized now that man has developed to this stage where everything can be recorded. 40 years from now we can look up old posts and see things were just as boring then as they are (now)

You future assumes that there will be a past. But as the Great Crash has taught us, there can be no assurances that the past will be there in the future.
