Recevied a pair of Red Wing Beckman size 11D Cigar boots that I purchased on Ebay. Unfortunately I found that I need at least an 11.5 maybe a 12 in this boot. I'm relisting them today, they were clearly identified as factory seconds, see below, but I fond nothing wrong except the small almost unnoticable scratch on the front of the right shoe. They clearly had not been worn, but maybe one or two times previously. http://www.ebay.com/itm/330901343350?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649#ht_696wt_1399
Note: these are factory seconds--factory seconds are boots which have a superficial defect, usually a scratch or blemish on the leather which means Red Wing cannot sell these boots at normal retail prices. Red Wing marks Factory seconds with a small punch in the tongue of the boots. These boots have a light 1 cm scratch on the side of right toe, and a small scratch near the welt on the front of the right shoe (please see pictures), which is the reason these are seconds, and cannot be sold at full price. Both blemishes can easily be concealed with mink oil, and will hardly be noticeable in time and after repeated wear. I purchased these from the Red Wing Shoe outlet for $230.00, and have only worn them once.
