I got screwed today by Ebay. I had a buyer pay for shipping that takes 2 weeks (to US from Canada), then start complaining about not receiving it 2 days after payment. He then proceeded to create a Item Not Received complaint after 1 week. Ebay just refunded him the money. How is this fair? He paid for 2 weeks shipping and gets a refund after 1. Unbelievable! Now he has my item and his money.
Call Ebay Customer service, they usually are pretty good with seller support...if the item is worth the time you will spend on hold.
