Lots of buyers search for items with low postage. If the seller explicitly says that they are shipping the item via untrackable means (first class standard in the UK for example) then that seller is wide open to people scamming the system.
Always ship your items using trackable means.
They said because I did not have a tracking number, that I couldn't prove that he will ever receive it, so that's why they closed it in his favor. The buyer chose to not purchase the shipping with a tracking number. I just don't understand this.
I opened up an appeal, but don't have any hope.
Shipping to US with tracking costs a fortune..should I now charge this shipping by default? This will cost me in sales...or should I just count this as a rare occurrence and hope for better in the future?
