It's not that big of a deal - I store my razor and brush in my cup. They also make stands that hold the razor and brush.

heh, I have a main drawer...and a backup drawer for soaps. The razors go on a shelf until I make a case for them.

after borrowing a straight razor for several weeks, i have a newfound appreciation for double edge razors.

Your wife is going to love you. Try this - don't shave Friday morning or Saturday. Get up early on Sunday, shower and come back to bed perfectly clean shaven.

Shave preparation is more important than blade.

Wash face
Hot, wet towel on face for awhile
(optional) shave oil for prep
Soap/shave
