They had fresh sardines at the store tonight but I couldn't buy b/c I had plans tonight and have things each night until sunday. censored.gif I've never seen whole ones here in DC, and forvm groupthink has me wanting them.

If they have them later this week, what's the ideal preparation? Grilled w/ lemon, garlic, olive oil, thyme, s&p?
