actually i used to have terrible insomnia, but then i started supplementing with 5 htp and now i sleep like a baby. if you dont like supplements a white carb snack or some milk helps produces the same neurotransmitters. a hot water bottle underneath your feet also helps a lot.
i just eat the blood

Benadryl makes me groggy if I don't get a long sleep - similar to nyquil, although not as strong. Melatonin definitely helps and so does Valarian Root. I think you can find it in both pill form and tea.

Tucked along the French and Belgium border, In De Wulf sits between farmland and field – a space that frames the restaurant’s dialectics. There are no answers but only more questions – true art.

Two were bloody and one was disgustingly thick and, well, obscene looking. I don't want to, but I might just start buying regular Eggland's Best. At least they have some semblance of quality control.

Then find another source. What you describe is way out of the norm.

I go through upwards of 90 eggs weekly, all organic (and free range in season) and get a bloody yolk MAYBE once every few months.

With white puffs in the sky, white spotted the nearby fields, crouched, with bags in tow.

This makes me want to suffocate myself with bags of white powder.
