The problem with strutting straight into A&S+T&A and blowing your banker bonus in one go is you wouldn't have the foggiest idea what you want because, as mentioned above, a tailor can give you a properly fitting garment but he can't give you good taste.
I would spend 10% of that $25k on a Chan or similar bespoke suit or separates, plus a few custom shirts and some accessories. Going through the process for the first time with a lower-end bespoke tailor, looking through books of cloth, asking dumb questions, etc. taught me a lot about the process and helped to develop my taste.... as did wearing the clothes for a while and ask yourself what you do and don't like about the colors, fabrics and formality level, how your clothes are or aren't meeting your social and professional needs, etc.
After that you will have begun to develop the sensibility and desires that will guide the rest of your spending. If you spend $25k buying somebody else's list, you're going to have a lot of regrets and changes - and that's not bespoke at all.
