Agree about there being a big difference between the top three and the following seven. But disagree with what the top three are:

H/S/W or Harvard, Stanford, Wharton are the traditional top three, the toughest to get into and the breeding grounds for PE & VC.

You misread my point. I wasn't trying to rank any schools, but was making the point that some firms, like I noted, will recruit only at specific schools.

You should think about what career path you really want to take, and determine whether an MBA at this particular school is important in achieving it. If there are ways to get to that career goal without an MBA, you are probably financially better off by taking that non-MBA route, even if it takes a few years longer (IMO you can think of an MBA as a cost of about $200k that you need to make up).

On the other hand it sounds like you are somewhat stuck at your job, and not particularly fond of it.

On the other other hand lots of people take weird jobs for a chance to live in someplace like Tokyo. If that is your thing and the benefits of that outweigh the job qualities, that is another consideration.
