Barton & Donaldson Custom Shirts?

I have had 11 shirts made from B&D (in 2005 and 2006) and waiting to pick up 4 more (ordered about 4 weeks ago). I had one shirt that shrunk a bit more than the others. They were able to do some things to extend the sleeves (for free).

I like the shirts and they have held up well. I probably went too conservative in 2005/6 and the styling on these shirts looks a bit dated now - but that is more my fault than theirs.

The service is fantastic. Do you have any specific concerns / questions?

I have no experience with B&D. However, if you are in the area, you should try Ray's Custom Shirts in the suburbs. He does impeccable work and the shirts are fully bespoke. I only used Ray once because he has strong preferences for fit and for stiff interlinings which conflicted with mine. If his coincide with your tastes you might be quite happy with him.

Barton and donaldson have been in business for at least 30-40 years.
I thing Donaldson is the partner that is running the business. Nice fellow.
they are considered the top end shirtmaker in Phila.
