Sure. The entire aesthetic of Windows and how it displays objects and menus bothers me - it looks like a giant calculator. It truly makes a difference to be working on the sleeker, better-looking desktop.
Also, exposÃ© is an amazing tool. I also like the feeling of integration you get from all your programs by the fact that there isn't a grey background between each program that's open. On OS X, I can see the photo in photoshop (and switch to it) while working on something in Illustrator.
These are a couple of examples. All in all, trying to do something in Illustrator, photoshop, etc. on the PC is just kind of depressing.
