Caesars

Inspired by Conne's drinking of Bloody Marys, I thought I should post to encourage you Americans to try a Caesar sometime.

This is an outstanding drink for early in the day or anytime during the summer with much better flavour than just tomatoes.

They deserve greater popularity.

Looks like a bloody mary to me.
Speaking of, I just had my very first bloody mary a few days back. Quite excellent.

Had at least a dozen of these recently. Very tasty and goes well with wings. Also, I notice that someone is now bottling premixed ones in beer sized bottles. Sometimes, Canada gets something very right.

Caesars definately seem to have proliferated this year. Maybe related to "The Herd" thread- all I see on facebook updates are "caesars, mmm" or something similar.

Surprisingly, the Budweiser with Clamato can be refreshing on a hot summer day as well.

Yes! Caesars are great, I haven't had one since last summer. I like mine extra spicy, extra worchestershire, and a lemon, not a lime. They're a very refreshing drink, good for lunchtime in the summer.

Long Island has been hooking Bloodys up with clam juice forever. It is tasty.


The hardcore drink Caesar's Booty. It's got a can of Mediterranean clams and a rosemary sprig. Chyeah.
