It might fit a 44 if you use an insole, that's how I'd interpret it.

Good boots, good price. Heads up tho, they fit large. NMWA has good measurements for them.

Sizes 7 and 10 in this dark brown and an 11 in black left on Y, I got the last pair of light brown ones. Not bad for $135 although lacing up looks time consuming.
