I haven't found that to be true with the ones I've tried on. In fact, I find other sneakers, like wings and horns, fit a bit bigger. The only ones I hear fit a little smaller are MMM gats. I'd buy TTS in CP's.

From my experience, DH and KVA fit half a size large and can accomodate folks with wide feet.
