Just a warning: Those Ann D creepers fit two whole sizes big. Trust me

I remember liking those when they came out then when I saw them in barneys was a bit disappointed by their shape.

Yeah, I kind of feel the same. They look better in pics than IRL. Something about the bulky toe along with the glossy untextured leather. Looks rather cheap tbh

Looks like the ones he's selling have a much smaller heel than that photo, which makes them less desirable IMO

Keep in mind the look here: drapey and oversized, loungey, don't-really-care farmer, gonna hang out in some super washed denim look. I'd say definitely an XS or a fairly slim S would do it justice. imo it's a more difficult piece to pull off than it would seem

I have Ann creeepers from last season ( with ripple sole) and they fit same as most of Ann. 0.5 - 1 size large.
Also i think toe shape is what makes them great, with out them, they loose whole punk attitude.

the stock photos he's linked to are of the women's version of this boot - hence the difference in heel & general proportions.

Ummm, I've tried two sizes of the ripple soled ones too. I got them TTS and half a size down and both were well too big. I def think they fit 1-1.5 sizes too big, while the flat creeper derbies from SS12 fit 2 whole sizes big. I've posted a lot about this the last weeks. Finally ordering 2 shoes you really want in 2 sizes each and none works is very frustrating. Thankfully it's been free returns on all of them.
