Measurements look more like a 46 to me, but I am squarely in the narrow shoulders and chest category. Issue for you is probably the length

Man, I love that blazer on you. It's been making me want to get a Plokhov blazer, I wanted the speckled one from last season but it sold out quick in my size. Been considering this AP blazer too but it just isn't the same.
