Panchley always has the best stuff, don't know why that MMM 5 zip has been for sale for a year at that price, if it was a 46 I'd be all over it

Is that supposed to be US or UK sizing?

ANd do lanvin run the same as cp? EDIT just found out they fit 1.5 us sizes bigger (9us = actual 10.5 us) so I have to pass
