Not super soft, but I've had wool sweaters that were much worse.  I usually forget I'm wearing it after an hour or so.  Shouldn't be a problem for anyone unless you have super-sensitive skin

edit: chupas' description is spot-on

It's rough but not scratchy/itchy like wool can be.

Nonnative coat - convinced myself I don't need this one.  Not leather, but maybe @mike868y

Manostorti stainless steel knit - i have this one in grey, fits slim & slightly cropped, slit up one side.  has some memory and stays crinkly.  works well with artisanal stuff, but don't buy the black one.

Just wondering what's the problem with the black? Would it be somewhat shiny because of the stainless steel material?

yup, there's too much contrast & ends up looking glittery against the black

I have several pieces with steel as a component, although not this much. Usually 5% is standard. My stuff consists of outerwear and overwear though (Lumen et Umbra square cur cardigan and and Julius 2005 trench). I'm not sure my skin could handle 18% in a slim fitting top.

Man that Manostorti looks nice. How true to size is it? I'm usually a slim 42 so I'm in between the available sizes

very, but there's some stretch & give since it's so thin

I paid 450 pounds last Christmas for my pair, $690 with current exchange rates.

For someone in the US with VAT deduction a brand new pair is probably quite cheaper.

So yes those are not a bargain...
