I'm a pretty spot on 48 (6'1/155 lbs/33w/39chest) and wouldn't have been able to downsize from a medium.  High armholes, thin arms, and I don't know what's up with the shoulders, but they fit like an 1" smaller than the measurements would suggest. Even myhabit had it listed as running small.  The sleeves would be long on you, but if you're a true S/46 it should fit like on the model.

So that suit is a small TTS? Measurements seem really odd for a small (19" shoulders, 22" chest)

I think so. I mean, it's a boilersuit, so it's not meant to be super tailored, but I went TTS and it fits exactly like the myhabit guy.

Of course, if you're short and wirey I don't think the cut will suit your frame.

This guy's been clearing out his archive.

And I know he was trying to sell the patches and extended vest MA-1s. Could probably message him to see if they're still around.

He wants somewhere north of $2k for the embroidered one FYI.

When I was talking to him a while ago, he was looking for 1000GBP, so he'd probably still take that.

OL suede side zips for $125. i don't have a ton of spare money right now and can't justify another pair of suede side zips, but these are awesome http://www.grailed.com/listings/9377-our-legacy-snuff-suede-chelsea-boot-us8

APC Petit New Standard in Black Gabardine on sale at East Dane. http://www.eastdane.com/petit-new-standard-gabardine-jean/vp/v=1/1579522859.htm?folderID=20481&colorId=10652

Does gabardine stretch as much as their regular denim? They are out of size 31, and I'm not sure if I can fit in size 30 with 33" waist.

I think I am same foot size as you mikey so I've had my share of small sized boots but don't you think the boots look kind of oddly stubby even for 8?

I have these in PS in size 31 and they fit TTS (31" waist). Not sure about PNS but I suspect it fit similar. I think 32 should fit you.
