I BOUGHT THIS ONE FROM KVC06

1. No Lampo zippers. it's ridiculous. all moncler used lampo ..but it has no words on the zippers.





2.Cartoon Color so Bright. Genuine's faded color




Too bright. if you wanna see genuine moncler. here it is.



3. Moncler strap navy blue + red one.
But it's Black + red one.







4. The first seller says he bought last year. right?
and he selling it 2010 years. so he bought jacket for 2009
But since 08 aw moncler has certilogo numbers..
but no numbers in jacket...







and nowadays moncler has a korean wash label. too.

i think it's maybe older season fake.

Pls reply for any answer SF members.

I believe the jacket to be an older season authentic. I bought this jacket from the user chestercopperpot in this thread: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=135719 I recently had a bill I need to pay, so I sold it for the same price I bought it for +shipping I pm'd Chester after receiving to confirm legitimacy of the jacket and he reassured me that he indeed purchased this jacket himself at Barneys. It is possible in my mind that this jacket is a special edition for Barneys and may differ from newer season Moncler jacket. I am not too familiar with the brand. I know chestercopperpot has a good reputation and sells many expensive items on the forum. I personally don't believe he'd sell me a fake jacket.

is there a serial number? also, genuine recent monclers have a phone number to verify authenticity on a tag inside the jacket.

Hate to say it but it is a fake. I'm a native speaker of Italian and the label written in Italian has several bad grammar mistakes. This is obviously unacceptable for a brand such Moncler - a French heritage label owned by an Italian company - but it is very common in Chinese made replicas.
Same thing happens to Fake Stone Island items, Dsquared, etc....

Yes, the label about the wash and the down. If it is indeed EXACTLY the same as an original label, I'm really surprised that they would print something like "e = and" vs. " e' = is" and "Lavatoe" vs. "Lavato e". This is sloppy and wrong and again I am really surprised this is allowed to happen.
As I said this is something I see happening almost always in Chines made replicas. My 5 cents anyway.

I didn't see that he posted a "genuine" label... I think he only posted the one on the possible fake, unless I missed something...

To me (and I know nothing about Moncler clothing) the smoking gun is the zipper. If this is indeed a late model jacket (2007, 08, or 09) the second site the OP posted states that only very early Moncler Jackets (99, and 2000) have nothing written on the zipper toggle. So if the main zipper toggle does not say Moncler, it seems to be a fake (just based on the info provided by the two buyers guides.)

The printed logo has rubbed off the zipper, but you can see the remnants of it. I stated this in my listing. The zipper pockets do have the Moncler logo I'd really prefer if people don't just post their opinions here, but maybe if someone has owned one of these jackets. (even better if you purchased it from barneys. I pm'd chestercopperpot to come post in this thread because if it is indeed fake, than I was ripped off as well. I have no problem giving a refund if it's fake, but I don't need the bad rep coming to me for selling a fake, when I purchased this off the forum as a real jacket. I do believe it to be an older model authentic as of now though
